New patients are always welcome!
Our staff will be pleased to assist you in any
way possible and all efforts will be made to accommodate your
schedule.
Everyone at our office
is at your service.
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we
ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours notice. This
courtesy, on your part, will make it possible to give your
appointment to another patient.
Our
office provides on-call service for emergencies,
24 hours-a-day, 7 days-a-week by calling (201) 445-5161.
All billing inquiries are to be directed to our
main office at (201) 445-5161 . Our
staff is prepared to answer any questions you may have regarding
payments.
Most medical insurance plans generally will not
cover elective ophthalmic procedures such as LASIK refractive
surgery. We require payment in full before any LASIK
procedure. Forms of payment accepted by the office are
cash, personal checks, money orders and the following credit
cards:
We also offer a convenient financing option called -- Vision
Fee Plan.
The
Vision Fee Plan is a payment plan that works for you. Some
of the reasons Insight Laser Eye Center uses the Vision Fee
Plan are:
